ERROR E0005 IR CANON 5000 / 6000 / 5075

Untuk mengetahui masalah error E0005 memang cukup mudah. error dari 0005 adalah permasalahan dari :

* Fixing Web habis atau sensor tidak mendeteksi adanya web, atau solenoid tidak bekerja sehingga web tidak berputar hingga putus *

untuk mengatasi hal tersebut harus mengganti fixing web..

apabila sudah diganti fixing web masih error 0005 , counter fixing web harus diclear/dibersihkan

caranya : masuk di mode service dengan cara tekan 28 akan muncul layar seperti di bawah

tekan COPIER>

tekan COUNTER > MISC >

tekan FIX-WEB >

tekan tombol C kemudian di menu counter FIX- WEB akan berubah menjadi 0 , dan matikan mesin lalu hidupkan kembali.

ni cara yang paling simple yang kadang sangat membingungkan waktu belum tau caranya....

ERROR E0001-01 IR CANON 5075

seiring dengan sering munculya permasalahan atau yang di sebut error di mesin fotocopy. dalam saat ini saya akan berbagi pengalaman dengan kode error E0001-01 . masalah tersebut di karenakan terjadi pada unit pemanas dengan suhu mesin yang tidak stabil..

dengan pengalaman saya sebelum mengganti spearpart yang rusak akibat dari error E0001-01.

saya mengakali dengan clear error . nah sekarang mulai caranya ya.....

pertama : mesin kita clear error dengan cara , tekan tombol 28 secara bersamaan lalu akan muncul di monitor COPIER-FUNCITION-CLEAR -ERR lalu mesin di matikan. sebelum di nyalakan usahakan unit 1 dikeluarkan / di buka. dengan posisi seperti gambar.

lalu mesin dinyalakan sampai ada gambar di layar monitor seperti ini

lalu kembalikan unit 1 seperti semula/ masukkan unit 1 dan tutup cover pintu mesin tunggu sampai ready to copy muncul layar monitor.

selamat mencoba...

dan apabila masih errorE0001-01 usahakan ganti spaerpart MAIN TERMISTOR dan SUB TERMISTOR.

Sebelum membahas permasalahan error di mesin foto copy kita harus mengetahui kode error pada mesin yang terjadi . dan sebagai acuan sebagai teknisi fotocopy ini saya lampirkan kode yang sering terjadi pada mesin .
